Plain Dosa

Ingredients :
2 cups rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 cup boiled rice
1 tsp tur dal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
salt to taste
Soak the dal and rice and fenugreek seeds for 3 to 4 hours. Grind to a smooth paste. Add salt and ferment overnight.Make the dosa on a non-stick tava the next morning without any oil.
This is a ZHAP Diet.
